One of a kind beautiful

I’m so excited to finally share the following images. We started off together at Seward Park for a few family shots and finished up back at home, for a one-on-one maternity session. These are the kinds of experiences that make me so grateful to have a place behind the camera. It allows me to meet amazing people, to capture a special connection between them and to reveal their inner selves swirling to the surface. This family is one of a kind beautiful and I’m proud to share a glimpse of them with you.
Psst. That little belly of hers had a tiny baby boy inside. And soon after he was born, my camera and I headed back over for more. So stay tuned for little Oxani’s debut!

Amanda’s gift

A couple of weeks ago, Amanda and I had a beautiful maternity session to capture her fleeting, miraculous state, at right about 9 months pregnant! And I’m sure glad we did, because just days later her beautiful baby was born.
I’m elated and proud to be announcing Amanda’s new gift to the world: a beautiful baby girl named Lily. Born June 8th, 2008 at 12:28pm, Lily came into the world at a healthy 8lbs 10 oz and 20.5 inches long. And her loving parents, Amanda and Derek, couldn’t be happier to finally meet her.

Delicate and beautiful

Pregnancy is a delicate, beautiful sight to behold. This particular woman is exceptionally special, not to mention one of the most exquisitely beautiful women I’ve had the pleasure of photographing. She is truly amazing and I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to share such an intimate experience with her. Here is one of my favorite images from our session. I can’t wait to meet the new life she is about to give this world.
